PRESALES SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
(JAKARTA)
Responsibilities:
· Explain detailed technical aspects/ solutions to customers and partners
· Be responsible for generating proposals and quotations; presenting and articulating proposal to customer
· Develop and maintain close marketing and sales relationship
· Work closely with account managers and be the primary liaison person for providing related information, and addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues
· Help customers identify their issues, needs and requirements
Requirements:
· Minimum Degree in Telecommunication Engineering
· More than 4 years’ experience in telecom industry as pre-sales technical support engineer
· Knowledge of Switch, Access, GSM, CDMA, Transmission equipment and Wireless Network
· Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations
· Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Self-motivated, aggressive and good communication skills
· Proficient in English
IT STAFF
(JAKARTA)
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the overall management of MIS functions of the organization
· Plan, develop and strategize directions for all IT related activities to ensure that the entire organizational infrastructure is strongly supported by respective technologies
· Review of corporate IT policies and standards within the organization and to ensure corporate compliance
· Responsible for the set-up, delivery and rollout of the ERP system
· Provide excellent IT technical support and guidance to team members
· Provide the latest updates on technology trends that are applicable to the growth of the organization
· Develop and implement strategic IT plans in consolidate and utilize company resources
· Be responsible for the company system and network maintenance
· Provide communication and data base administration support

Requirements:

NETWORK PLANNING SPECIALIST
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for Network planning in bidding process
· Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
· Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
· More than 5 year’s relevant experience in network planning optimization
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Proficient in English and Chinese language is an advantage
· Hands on experience with features and parameters for RF planning.
PM PROGRAMMER

Requirements:
· Have basic knowledge of project management;
· Experience of P6(project management software) application development;
· Experience in engineering projects;
· PMP or IPMP is additional advantage.

· P6 secondary development and routine maintenance;

QUALITY MANAGER

Job responsibilities:
· In accordance with the requirements of project quality management to carry out project quality planning, quality control and quality assurance work;
· According to customer acceptance standards, develop project quality goals and quality assurance plan and organize the implementation of the plan to prevent the occurrence of mass quality problem, in order to improve one-time pass rate of customer acceptance;
· According to the requirement of customer and region, develop objective and plan of project security ,environment management, meanwhile organize the implementation of the plan, in order to ensure personal and equipment safety, as well as environment reservation;
· responsible for monitoring and alarm of the field engineering and product quality in project implementation, coordinating to solve quality problem;
· responsible for checking and confirming project operation and document management process, tracking problems till totally closure;
· responsible for organizing the training of project team personnel for quality management and quality consciousness;
