ICRS-YOGYA UGM - JOB VACANCY: WEBMASTER AND FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

ICRS-Yogya, an International Ph.D. Program in Inter-religious studies at Gadjah Mada University, is looking for a webmaster and a Financial Development Officer.
WEBMASTER (Code: WB – ICRS)
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor (S1) degree or higher
2. Computer literate, including basic knowledge of HTML
3. Good writing skills in English
4. Preferably with journalism skills for producing short articles
5. A fast learner and able to take initiative
6. Able to work both alone and in a team
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the ICRS Website is easy to navigate
2. Write news and reports of ICRS-Yogya events
3. Maintain and Update the ICRS website (www.icrs.ugm.ac.id )
4. Respond to email or feedback regarding the content of the website
5. Develop the ICRS website to be more interactive
6. Publish a bi-monthly e-newsletter
FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER ( Code: FDO – ICRS )
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor (S1) degree or higher
2. Good proposal writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
3. Has experiences in financial development or fundraising
4. Communicative and able to take initiative
5. Has a broad network with international and local donors, foundations, NGOs or other funding sources
Responsibilities:
1. Planning a Financial Development Program
2. Doing research on potential funding sources
3. Building good relations with international and local donors.
4. Writing grant proposals to potential donors.
5. Making appointments for the Director and Associate Director with Potential Donors
6. Developing ICRS-Yogya’s Endowment Fund.
