Qualifications :
- Bachelor or Master Degree form Reputable University
- Min. 8 years for Planning and Optimization or 3 years experience as Project Manager in Telecommunication Industry
- Good personality with excellent service attitude
- Having excellent correspondence and communication skill
- Effective in management, negotiation and budget control skill
- Available working at North Sumatra, South Sumatra, and Sulawesi
