EMMME (Erasmus Mundus Master of Mechanical Engineering) hosts the European Commission project « Erasmus Mundus Masters Courses (Action 1) and Scholarships (Action 2) named MEEM – Mechanical Engineering Erasmus Mundus Masters Course.
The objective of this two-year Masters Course in Mechanical Engineering is the preparation of three double diplomas awarded by the following three European higher education institutions :
INSA de Lyon : Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon (France) (www.insa-lyon.fr)
E.T.S.E.I.B : Escola Tecnica Superior d'Enginyeria Industrial de Barcelona (Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya – Spain) (www.etseib.upc.edu)
T.C.D : College of the Holy and Undivided Trinity of Queen Elizabeth near Dublin (Irland). (www.tcd.ie)
The EMMME consortium plans to enrol up to 60 students each year, who will be selected from those who have attained excellent results in high quality engineering and scientific programmes. The European Commission will fund individual two year scholarships of € 21000 a year.
ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS
The applicant to the EMMME Masters Course has :
to be a graduate at the L level in the European LMD system,
or to be a graduate with any equivalent diploma as Bachelor or Masters of Engineering,
or to be attending the fourth year of a graduation course in Mechanical Engineering.
evidence of English language proficiency : TOEFL 570 - IELTS grade 6.5 or Cambridge Grade C
or evidence of Spanish langague proficiency: DELE - B1
or evidence of French language proficiency : TCF - B1
or evidence of French language proficiency : TCF - A + French Summer school at INSA
